Dr. Salwa Derksen
Dr. Salwa Bakkali-Derksen is a highly skilled internal medicine physician with extensive experience in treating diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and heart disease. She has a strong interest in rheumatology, naturopathic medicine, and women’s health. With over a decade of experience as both a hospitalist and outpatient clinician at Mayo Clinic for the last 7 years , Dr. Bakkali-Derksen is renowned for providing outstanding patient care.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Bakkali-Derksen brings professional experience in quality assurance, teaching, and mentorship. Her academic achievements include degrees in computer and biological sciences, culminating in a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. Her clinical interests extend to osteopathic manipulation and hormone replacement therapy. Having worked in various hospital systems across multiple states, she is also fluent in three languages, enabling her to connect with a diverse patient population.
Outside of work, Dr. Derksen cherishes time with her family and four active children. She delights in watching them participate in basketball, soccer, and baseball, and pursues her own passions for travel, hiking, CrossFit, and running.

Gabrielle Dearey
With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, Gabrielle specializes in aesthetics and takes great pride in offering exceptional, personalized care. Her journey has included working in diverse areas such as Emergency Medicine, Ketamine Infusion, and Primary Care Clinics, all of which have shaped her approach to patient care.
Currently, she is working towards her Nurse Practitioner license, with a passion for continuous learning and growth. Gabrielle has had the privilege of holding leadership roles, where she has been able to teach and inspire others while expanding her own knowledge. Above all, her commitment to quality care, coupled with the heart and passion she brings to every treatment, sets her apart in the field.
Gabrielle offers a range of aesthetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and mobile services, as well as specialized offerings for Bachelor & Bachelorette parties, Botox/Filler parties, and more. What truly matters to her is taking the time to ensure her patients are not only satisfied with their results but also feel heard and understood on a personal level. I'm Allison Jaggard, an APRN and Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic Dermatology and Weight Loss Medicine since 2014, conducting Good Faith Evaluations since 2018, and when not working, I enjoy traveling and attending Astros and college football games with my husband, Jay, and our kids, Mason and Olivia.
Amanda is a certified aesthetic injector with over 6 years of experience in cosmetic injectables and skin rejuvenation, dedicated to providing personalized, advanced treatments while balancing her passion for patient care with quality time outdoors with her daughter.
